Thanks to everyone, particularly HuskerATL, I've now logged on, filled out the profile, and taken a quick look at the web site. One item of interest is that my ownership shows as "Week 10 High Season". It doesn't show the tier, but the above information indicates it should be Tier 4.

But I don't trust them enough to actually do a deposit. I'm guessing that I would be downgraded to Tier 2. The whole thing is a cluster****.

Agree. This is definitely a disappointing first experience with HGV/DRI/DeX; I have not experienced anything like this on the HGVC legacy side of the house.

And yet we still don't have definitive answers. I don't want to deposit a 2 bdrm until I know they have fixed the issues. Why is this taking so long?

Look in that one chart above, that is the one giving us the lower tiers, and that will probably be where it would land, until they fix this.

If you call DeX UK (since you are now enrolled), you can ask the CS rep what tier it is in their system before you decide to deposit. The DRI UK CS reps are all very nice and certainly try to be helpful. I certainly agree that I don't understand why it is taking DRI UK DeX so long to fix this issue.

Maybe. Perhaps even likely. The point is that we don't know. And they're not giving us confidence that they do, either.

Right now, it's showing my week as "High Season", which would be Tier 4. But I agree that it's likely that, at some point in the future (i.e., when I go for a trade), it would be counted as Tier 2. Hence why I won't deposit until they get it all straightened out.

Has anyone been able to see the Destination Xtras Stays? When I log in it is consistently saying "Sorry, we were unable to process your request."

I have been asking exactly this question. Has anyone even ever been able to use Destination Xtras? Our membership officially starts Jan. 2025. Club Counselors said we will not be able to see cash rates until that time... sigh.

It is so odd that you don't and others do. The only difference between us is that we have deposited and made a reservation.
