Costco again has $500.00 Southwest gift cards for $429.99 “with e-delivery”

We bought several of these but now wish we would have bought more. Great deal. Now Costco does not even offer the SWA gift cards on-line nor at the locations we have visited. I hope this special comes back soon.

Costco had the Southwest gift cards for so long, I thought they were permanent. One time last year, they also had Alaska gift cards.

Perhaps due to Southwest's current financial woes (if you call just not earning enough to appease Wall Street to be financial woes) then perhaps they've opted to not offer the discounted gift cards?

It comes and goes. It will be back. Unfortunately for me, SWA flights are now more expensive than United it makes no sense to get the gift card.

Yeah it's a shame what current management has done to SWA. The predicted (and warned about) technology failure, the recent employee layoffs, and the lack of current year profits consistent with their history of profitability ... in what used to be a "fun" airline. Can they make it back??? Boeing isn't helping that's for sure.

SWA's schedule and fares out of Phoenix are decent. Add the current bags policy, companion pass and gift cards makes them very competitive. United has been disappointing for us lately and their flights are packed.

SWA, gift cards are in Costco warehouses now.
Were you in a warehouse already this morning or over the weekend and saw them?

I like Southwest and Delta is a hub at my airport and that used to mean that Delta was the least expensive to fly out of DTW. I fly a great deal for work and now I'm using American Airlines, as they have an upgraded economy that is cheaper than Delta's cheapest seats. and since I fly so much I can upgrade myself on longer flights with my points and that makes for a very pleasant trip.

These were on sale all during Christmas. It was a great deal.
