Do you owe a loan on it? If you do, then you cannot sell it.
Do not pay anyone up front to sell, these are always either a scam or a bad choice depending on the company. Most timeshares have little or no value when you include sales costs but there are exceptions. As noted, it'll have to be paid off. For many weeks there is no value or not enough to fool with and asking MVC just to take it back can sometimes be the best choice.
