The conversion rate is not constant. It depends on the property and season.

Thanks. If you have 148,100 at Westin Mission Hills, what would this convert to in SPG?

Staroptions do not convert to point - the conversion is directly from the week to the Starpoints, and it varies from resort to resort.

Also, only timeshare purchased from the developer, or requalified with a developer purchase convert to points. Regular resales do not convert to points.

A resale at WMH doesn't convert to Staroptions, either (only 5 resorts do) see the FAQ at the top of the forum.

If the WMH 148,100 StarOption week was bought from Starwood or requalified/retroed with Starwood, the StarOptions would convert to 72,000 Starpoints.

If the person converting is 4 or 5 Star Elite, Starwood adds 10% and the conversion would net 79,200 Starpoints. Salty
