I am seriously considering this TS. I prefer fixed, definite weeks to plan around, as I have to do extra work with floating or points. I will give it the weekend to think, talk with my wife, and then let you all know.

My opinion is stop, learn more, deals like this will always be around.

Week 11 is not prime time. I believe maint fee you are paying every year but using every other year. This week will not give you great trading power. Trading into Williamsburg is easy.

Better to get a prime area week, where trading into is difficult, like the SF area you initially liked. Even a different area that trades well may meet your needs better.

Hello. My little sis got back to me. She says it would be great if I could get a summertime Williamsburg timeshare whereas we could spend one year at Williamsburg and the other at Columbus OH. I will do research as to Williamsburg places whereas I can bank enough pts to also get Columbus OH. I think she’s even willing to go to a nearby resort on KY or so. It looks like Apple Valley closed. Thinking about Mishawaka, four hours from Cincinnati.

Note, I STILL want an EOY TS at SF. When does it make sense to get more than one TS? Do any of you have more than TS?

Suggestion Only....Personally, I would rent a week at each timeshare resort in Williamsburg, VA just to get the feel of the resort. Then I would make my final decision.

Thanks. I wonder if I should go to TS presentations saying “I want to buy a Williamsburg resale but I want a tour to see which Williamsburg resale to get.” How would that go?
