Considering Hyatt

I have a question regarding Hyatt's point system. If I purchase a 1400 pt deed, can I borrow from the next year or roll points over that I don't use?

Hyatt is not borrow or rollover friendly.

You can borrow, but there is a transaction fee and you can only reserve within a 60 day window from the current date.

Rolling over is worse. You can't. You can extend the life of points through external exchange but you can't rollover points to the next year AFAIK.

Also remember that the window is actually 18 months but your points are severely restricted once in the LCUP window. See Kals website for more info on the CUP/LCUP windows.
