Confirmation # for Mayan Palace & Grand Mayan Riviera

Hi, we have a few rooms reserved at the Grand Mayan Riviera Maya and also the Mayan Palace Riviera Maya. We are traveling in a few weeks and I was wondering is there a number I can call to confirm my reservations and also to request room location? Also, we need the phone number for Royal Islander in Cancun too. Thanks!
 
The phone numbers and email addresses are on the www.MayanPalace.com website. They assign rooms on the day before or day of your arrival. I have sent emails to the concierge in advance of our arrival requesting general room locations, but I don't know that it helped. They were very accomodating when we had 3 2-bedroom units reserved for a family vacation. They put us all on the same floor in the same building. Now that we are Profile A owners, we do get to request more specific locations.
 
I need Shuttle Service for this Saturday!!!

Please let me know if you can send the Shuttle from the Mayan to pick us from Cancun Airport this Saturday at 4:30pm for 4 adults and 3 children(6,4,2).

I would suggest you contact the resort directly. The people here don't work for the property and are not able to assist with this type of request.
