Does anyone have a PDF of the condominium documents for WKOR? (The original phase)?

Maybe we can get a PDF for all (or at least as many) of the Starwood resorts as possible to assist those pursuing resale.

I believe that you can request these form the HOA.

I am currently working with a seller now that is trying to get them from Starwood and they are moving like snails. They said that they cannot e-mail them because the file it too big but when I worked for Starwood, I had access to them and used to e-mail them to owners when they needed it.

SVO calls them "Owners Manual" as they contain about 5 sections of info - of which a few sections deal with the levels of ownership. I got WKORVN and WPORV on CD from SVO - the rest I got as pdf files from others.

Correct, they are divided into SPG section, SVN section, Home Resort, Exchange etc. correct?

What I am looking for is the monotonous 300 page documentation on the Condominium Documents that describe the HOA. Starwood provides this to its owners via book or cd.....but I know they have them in PDF format.

The WKORV is in parts - the WKORVN is one file.
