combining 2 units into 1 for larger unit exchange

I have my 2 units (1BR with a lockout) banked with II. My whole family would like to vacation together this summer and I need to make a request. Hoping to all stay at the same resort so I am wondering how to indicate that when placing a request in the II website. As I understand it, you stand the best chance of getting what you would like by giving them options like the same resorts with a choice of weeks or one specific week with a choice of resorts. I don't want II to 'randomly' assign us different weeks or something!! Different resorts would be workable but not preferred. Tried to call II but they never answered and the 'community' discussion link won't let me in. Also, they said they charge $20 for exchanges made with a rep - I hope that doesn't extend to questions!! Any advice? thanks as always.

There is no way that I know of to trade 2 separate deposits for one 2 bdm. You can however request 2 one bedroom villas for the same week, at the same resort, but that's a difficult trade.

We have 2 - 1 BR units at Tahiti Village (one is the lockout) and would like to go to Myrtle Beach. I have 3 different resorts in mind and our kids want to go either of the last 2 wks in July. There are 7 adults and a baby!
