Combine '08 and '09 points for RCI deposit?

Anyone know if I can combine my remaining '08 points and some of my '09 points for the purpose of an RCI deposit?

Not directly. You can do it by borrowing '09 points to make a suitably-sized 08 FSP reservation, canceling that reservation, adn depositing the cancel points to RCI.
