Colorado Inventory

Has anyone else noticed that there is NO inventory at any of the Colorado resorts for May 2024? We have been on the waitlist for 18 months and have watched daily since all of them reached the 6 month out point in November. There have always been many available units online at 6 months out and we have always been reserved from our waitlists. Any insight? Has anyone booked a Mountain season reservation for May 2024 or been confirmed from the wait list? Thanks for any info. We’ve been having trouble with the website only allowing us to see Portfolio inventory (we don’t own any Portfolio.) I received advice on the Facebook group to clear history and that worked, but every couple of days it reverts back to Portfolio only. I’m wondering if this has anything to do with not being able to see the Colorado inventory?

Very unusual. Main Street Station is usually empty in May…

Mountain season for HRC has some extremely low points rates and it sounds like several of you have visited then. What type of activities are available and are the property amenities (pools, hot tubs, etc) open?

Also wondering how difficult it is the internally trade within HRC for a one of the Beaver Creek properties in Jan/Feb/Mar?

We are visiting in March, just recently reserved. We typically go in the summer and have never had issues getting in. I can't speak to Jan, Feb

Our kids spring break is always Week 12, a Diamond week. The Platinum weeks I have been shopping for won't cover that - at least not with downsizing. However, our annual neighborhood Beaver Creek ski trip is always during week 4 or 5 - Platinum weeks.

Have you ever booked a 5 night midweek stay during ski season in Beaver Creek?

Breck and Beaver usually have all the hottub and pools during mud season. And usually only half of the restaurants and shops are open in the village. I did an October visit to Beaver and at one point almost had the entire bar to ourselves.
