cold case ending????

while i was watching my DVR of cold case just now, for some reason it didn't tape the whole show and i missed the end. i was up to the part where the autistic kid tells the detective a phone number. it is probable 10 minutes from the end of story. WHO WAS THE KILLER OF THE PARENTS??

The boyfriend of the daughter killed them to stop them from moving to Vermont. Interesting episode, but the ending seemed like a little bit of a let down.

Ok, but did you see what happened with the boyfriend(s)? She said good-bye to the old one, but the new one isn't going to take 2nd place, and walked away.
 
reason for not taping

The reason it didn't tape all the way (I had the same problem) is because of football running everything late. DVR will not adjust to the time change, if Cold Case is on again after a football game.. make sure to tape the show after so you can see the end.
