I was not aware that Club Wynhdam Access had deeded properties. The following is an extract from a re-seller on E-Bay. A deeded property in Access with the advanced reservation priority at so many resorts. Oh well, if it is to good to be true, it usally is.

WYNDHAM CLUB ACCESS POINTS 233,000 SMOKY MOUNTAINS SEVIERVILLE, TENNESSEE
GREAT FAMILY SPOT, ENJOY THE SMOKY MOUNTAINS

Wyndham Club Access points are rare and hard to find. Wyndham Club Access Points allow you to have priority reservations / bookings at over 35 resorts (13 months in advance).
Wyndham Smoky Mountains is the ideal family vacation spot! Enjoy the beauty of the Great Smoky Mountains. Hikers can take advantage of over 800 miles of trails. Sevierville is home to the area's premier outlet shopping. Pigeon Forge boasts a variety of dinner theaters, mini golf, shopping and Dollywood! The quaint town of Gatlinburg is home to Ober-Gatlinburg, the Great Smoky Mountains Arts and Crafts community and a 1 mile pedestrian parkway lined with shops and restaurants. Whether you are looking for a relaxing day of peace and quiet, or fun and excitement, you will find that this resort has it all !

This Sale is for Ownership of Deeded Property.

The seller is probably clueless. CWA holds the deeds in access.

if you are going to bid on ebay, you need to know what you are bidding on. You need to know more than the seller to avoid certain properties and sometimes to take advantage of their mistakes

sometime the cluelessness of the seller is an advantage. I bought a New Orleans week advertised as a typical float week and paid just $100 (all closing costs, transfer fees and 2011 maintenance fees paid by the seller) I got a reservation that I rented; and the bonus, the part that the seller was not aware of is that this week is a Mardi Gras week; something I can rent for 4x maintenance fees
