Is PartnersPlus something that you elect to be in? If I buy Wyndham points on the secondary market, am I able to be in PartnersPlus?

Also, if I buy points, if there are unused points that the previous owner can roll into next year, can they roll them into next year and I would have access to those points also?

You are not eligible for partners plus if you only own resale. Your only option for rolling (outside of the first 3 months of your use year) is depositing the points into rci.

As far as we here on TUG know don't count on getting any points that were moved forward by the previous owner.

I thought OP said you can pay to join Plus Partners. However that was a couple of years ago so don't know if that's still an option. You would then pay $0.02 more per thousand points for your program fee every year.

We have Plus Partners but I don't use it. If we need a rental car I use www.autoslash.com. Hotels, Priceline with a coupon code for Express Deals. Flights, the airlines websites when I get emails from them about fare deals. If I want to book a Worldmark resort I use our non Wyndham RCI points account. We own RCI points weeks at the Vacation Village property Grandview at Las Vegas.
