Not yet, figured I’d try to give it away first, but if I don’t get any takers in the next few weeks that’s the route I’ll go. I actually had someone who wanted it and went as far as paying the deposit to LT transfers to have LT prepare a deed before ghosting me (and losing her deposit) so that unfortunately set me back a few months.

This is a free Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek, Every Other year - Even Contract with 154,000 points coming January first of every even year starting in 2026.

Maintenance fees are currently $595 per year, billed monthly (154,000 points EOY divided by two = 77,000 points billed annually, multiplied by $7.73 per thousand points) plus the program fee. The program fee is the greater of $.73 per thousand points (77,000 for a 154 EOY contract), or a flat rate of $185 if you don’t own enough other Wyndham points to meet the minimum $185 fee.

I have a few too many contracts so I am downsizing by giving this one away. Buyer is just responsible for closing costs, which is a $399 resort transfer fee charged by Wyndham, and around $300ish to a closing company. I would recommend using LT transfers, but am open to any reputable closing company chosen by the person who wants this contract.

These points can be used at Bonnet Creek at the 13 month mark and at any Wyndham resort at the 10 month mark. Bonnet Creek has 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom units and is located within the Disney Gates. It is a beautiful property with lots of amenities, including two lazy rivers, multiple restaurants, multiple pools, mini-golf, etc.

I will continue paying monthly maintenance fees until the contract transfers. The entire process will take 4-6 months based on Wyndham’s closing time, which would give the buyer plenty of time to make a reservation for 2026.View attachment 104438

I don’t think so, however I’m not 100 percent confident.
