Club Tahoe Resort - organizing owners for class action against board & management company

A number of owners at Club Tahoe Resort in Incline Village, NV are concerned about numerous instances of apparent negligence, malfeasance (and worse) on behalf of both the Board of Directors and their chosen management company, Tricom. A case which seems remarkably similar to what's been described here on TUG by nearby Tahoe Summit owners.

The association's supposed attorney seems to be in collusion with them so we are in the process of securing independent outside council.

I am in the process of forming a recall slate against the current BoD who have been running the place into the ground for the last 16 years. You can contact my team at duskb @ yahoo.com or find me at my website online at www.duskbennett.com. Our goal is to remove the Board and replace management in early 2025. Every proxy vote counts, contact me for a data sheet expressing the formal indictment against the current BoD.
