Just received my closing paperwork for Manor Club Sequel Unit (noted as a lock-off, floating in GMAC paperwork), but want to get some opinions prior to our signatures:

The closing/title paperwork notes Manor Club, but doesn't note anything about the lock-off or Sequel Edition - should I follow up for more details?
The closing/title paperwork notes a week and unit, nothing noted about "floating platinum" - should I follow up for more details?

Thanks for all the TUG help in our first resale purchase!!

Get it all in writing. Was it in the original contract/agreement?

FYI, with floating weeks, they will still provide a week number as that is how it needs to be recorded (1/52 or a year, etc.) so that's okay. Just make sure it's platinum.

I agree. Just make sure the week number matches the platinum range of weeks. Also, make sure it's sequel.

You should be able to check if it's in Sequel or not by checking the unit # on the deed with Marriott. They can tell you what building / section it is located in.

As others have stated, make sure your week # is within the season you think you bought.
