This is a safe and clean 2BR unit for peace and quiet away from the strip on Superbowl Weekend. Daily shuttles from the resort to grocery store, downtown and other key locations. To be truthful, I never stayed here - I use it for RCI transfer thus the reason for the unit not being available until 2019. I have points through RCI (50K/year) and can negotiate transferring points/gifting a week in 2018. I will pay all transfer and closing costs if you will pay the 2018 maintenance. As you might guess, if I don't sell at some point I'll have to use the points.

I am interested, how much are the annual MF's and does that week guarantee Super Bowl? By my calculation, the SB is played during week 5 or6.

Right you are regarding SB - it has moved from week 4 when I bought it to week 5 and there might be a date or 2 in week 6. There is no guarantee of SB.
