We have owned the property for 13 years and have both stayed and exchanged via RCI. The RCI point value is 61,500 points for those who have interest in using it for exchanges also.

Fixed Week #17 with Annual Usage. It is a 2 Bedroom Unit. Maintenance fees paid for 2018. We use it to exchange through RCI also. 61,500 pt value in RCI exchange. We'd pay all closing costs and transfer any RCI points we have to your account.
