Time for Clean Up. I own a great time share unit in Snowbird Utah at the Cliff Club in Cottonwood Canyon which I am going to give to anyone who wants it for FREE. It is a 1680sqft Pinnacle Unit with 3 connected lockout units. So 1 unit for three weeks or 3 units combined for one week, with hot tub on balcony. I have rented it out for 15 years since I had to stop skiing for and annual loss of approx. $400, plus an $1100 maintenance fee every year or so (last one was $1100 which is paid for 2020, this year.

The skiing was always awesome here....Great POW! Mountain biking and hiking in the summers. Close to Salt Lake City airport. All the luxuries.

I would be interested in learning more about your listing. I currently own Wyndham points (which are converted fixed week deeds). My family has owned TS for 30+ years.

Is it an "every year" usage or "every other year"...?
What are the MF...?
Is it a fixed, deeded week or does it work similar to a points system (can reserve when you want but if you want a high demand period, you have to book a long time in advance)...?
Is the Cliff Club ski-in and/or ski-out...?

You say you have rented it for the last fifteen (15) years and from what I can gather, you had to rent it at a loss...? Really...?! Snowbird in the winter at a loss...?! Wow...! Tough market...I wouldn't have thought so...

Answers:
every Year
about $1100/yr maintenance (it is the top unit at Cliff, and extremely well maintained/appointed).
reserve when you want, but usually with the Dec 2 rush, because I always wanted March.
Ski in ski out with a little practice lift and hill, down to the Gondola station
Yes, they take an additional cleaning/maintenance fee when you rent of approx. $400.

The nice thing about the unit is that you can lock out out 2 parts of a 3 unit condo, and stay for 3 weeks if you want to really do it right.

Caveat Emptor

The header states "Gold" (for season). Gold is strictly summertime. Ironically, Silver may catch the beginning of the ski season.

Both Gold and Silver are essentially worthless due to the m/f's, running at circa. $1800 annually.

Platinum weeks, even the worst ones, have resale value upwards of $10K.
