Christmas Mountain transfer of assets

Has this affected fees, or the operation of these facilities? I'm not really sure who owned them before the Timber did -- the master HOA?

Wow, and so begins the Economic fall out of timeshare properties due to the Governors economic shut down of states economy's. Ouch. :(

This happened last December. The theory is that losses will be spread over five thousand owners

Hmmm.

All owners will contribute to the maintenance of these assets....

Expect a pretty pop in the MFs.

Oof! I owned here, years ago, and got out as the weekly fees plus exchange fees rose (to me) past the point of reasonable. I hope owners are not left holding a very expensive bag of rocks =(

A resident posted on next door that the golf course is not being taken care of, only three employees in pro shop and on the course and the groundskeeper cannot keep up the work and bluegreen is reject requests for hiring.

That sounds like a rock & a hard place scenario .

At least the transfer / acquisition was at $ 0

They have raised the rates quite a bit
