If you like ebooks check out http://bookbub.com for the inside Info on free & cheap ebooks in many formats. I got 20 books for about $15 today.

These are well-knows authors and highly rated books - not the "amateur" books that you often see offered on the book websites for free.

You can sign up for emails about the genres you are interested in, and also browse their website, and by each book, there is a direct link to the format of your choice.

BookBub Is Outstanding.

Book Gorilla offers something similar.

Full Disclosure: I snag free & cheap Kindle books via BookBub faster than I can read'm all, so I have not yet felt a need to try Book Gorilla.

One of the books that I got today was Bridge of Spies (current Tom Hanks movie) and it was only $1.99.

I've downloaded several books from Bookbub - have stopped as I have lots and no time to read.

But will definitely pick up Bridge of Spies. I like that you can specify the genre, author, etc.

best place ive found sofar is the local public library.

at least here in duval county, the public lib has thousands of ebooks and audio books, all available for free thru their website with a valid library card.
