Charter Club of Marco Beach unit question

I’m looking at an RCI exchange week at Charter Club of Marco Beach for September 2022. RCI reps says unit 308. Which tower would that be located in? Also is it an end or middle unit ? Thanks for the help.

I believe middle of South building, 8th floor.

First number denotes the "stack" you're in. 1, 2, 3, 4, are south building. 5, 6, 7, 8 are North building (beachfront). Third number is the floor. You'll have a nice view.

Did they tell you before you booked the unit or did you book the unit and plan to cancel if you didn't like the unit? I have had difficulty getting any unit number information from any of the rci agents.

I always ask ahead of placing a unit on hold and generally have had good luck with getting this information. Of course I always get the disclaimer that may not be the unit I will get upon check-in. Which I understand they are required to mention.

You are correct. I always get that backwards. That's a nice location.

Yes it is. The first number is the floor and the second is the stack. For some reason they count from right to left from the south building to the north. I would jump on that exchange if the timing is right.

Yes, it is a corner unit on the north end of the north (closest to the beach) building. With the corner units, you have a wrap-around lanai which is nice (we own a week in 805, which is also a corner unit). The only negative is that it is on the side next to the Marriott, and you will definitely hear the music that they play at the pool, so if you are expecting it to be quiet during the day on the lanai, you might be disappointed.
