Hi Tuggers,
We are going to Charlotte Bay Resort in a couple of weeks. From what I have read it is a very small timeshare only 12 units. We have invited friends to stay with us. Be a nice getaway. Not seeing much in way of new reviews. Anyone an owner there? Also, as a Tug member I write a review on each timeshare I visit. Why don't more of you? Usually I see bad reviews written in anger. But any review good or bad is helpful to other members who might be looking to exchange or buy.
But back to my original question , any recent comments about Charlotte Bay Resort in Port Charlotte?

I will answer my own question as FYI for others. This is a very nice resort. No one else is here! My concern is if we were to buy what the maintenence fee would be. They have rentals off season $700a week. In season $1,000 a week. I will elaborate more in my review when we return home.
