Changing to Reservation to a Different Resort

We have back to back weeks in Palm Desert and then at Newport Coast reserved for the end of January. We really wanted two weeks at Palm Desert but when the reservations were made Palm Desert was not available. Now that we are within 60 Days we are finding Palm Desert available. Does anyone know if we called interval if we could book a Palm Desert unit and cancel the Newport Coast week?

Why not use the Start Retrade button associated with the exchange in your My History in your II account? This will allow you to retrade to the Palm Desert unit. You will pay an additional exchange fee to do so if you are not enrolled in DC.

...and next time, consider adding eplus (if you're not DC)

Also, II has a reputation for occasionally making mistakes on retrades. Check your history after the transaction to make sure it's correct.
