Changing II search dates

So I have an ongoing search with II which I started 4-5 months ago. I have gone in and changed dates several times, but kept the same resorts. When I do this, am I putting myself at a disadvantage? Is the search starting all over again....like I'm going to the back of the line? Thanks.

As I understand it, II's searches are different from RCI's in that RCI uses the search begin date as a major factor on who gets the week. II is more tuned to the person with the highest trade power, so start of search date doesn't matter unless you have two members with deposits of the same value competing for the same week.

With either, though, changing the dates shouldn't make any difference in the start of search date. Only if you cancel and restart it.
