Change Arriving Guest Information Process Must Now Be Automated

Grande Ocean Platinum, 3 x Grand Chateau 3 Bedroom (annual, EOY Odd, EOY Even).,
I submitted two Change Arriving Guest Information forms on point reservations and by the next day the changes were in place. Just to see how automated it is, I summitted one with fictious name with my other email address. It was at 2 PM and the changes were in effect by 11 PM. I changed it back to the to the original and in the morning it was back completed. So it is either automated or the team is well staffed and working hard.
 
If you want to see if it's automated go inside the reservation and see if the address was changed. When it's manual they never bother with that.

Can you explain where I go to see this? I am trying to rent out the guest half of a lock off and have yet to receive any kind of confirmation after filling out the form. (I did not use my own email, so maybe the guest got it. But it's annoying not be able to verify anything was submitted or completed)
 
If it dropped out of your Bonvoy reservations then the process is likely complete.

You can pull up the reservation on the website by entering the reservation number, guest name and checkin date (you have to be logged out of your account so try doing that in a private browsing session)

You can actually go back to the reservation on MVCI and click on view. It will show you the new name and address. Also, you can go the reservation lookup and put in the info using the guest info and their name will pop up.
