I put in a request for the two Marriotts in Malaga spain last September for this August/September. Nothing yet? Is it time to give up and get an AIRBNB? Interval International says it is possible.....I am not so sure...Your Experience? Trading with a Hyatt.

Thank you! Sue

Whilst not impossible is highly unlikely. European owners tend to stay at their home resorts and summer Platinum exchanges are very rare. We've never been successful with a summer exchange and that's with Marriott priority. Have you looked at renting a week? Those that don't want to occupy their week often rent them, I've used Fab Timeshare a couple of times and they currently have a lot of availability. Prices are negotiable and I've found that many are happy to cover the maintenance fee and a little bit on top. I've not been particularly impressed with our Airbnb rentals especially when considering the peak prices.
