Not gonna happen. Use timeshare points for timeshare stays. You can convert the Wyndham points for some credit towards 'select' (read chosen by RCI at retail) cruises. You also have to pay taxes, fees, and port charges separately. Many TS owners have tried using TS credits, but in every case we've heard of, the better deal is using good-ol' cash at a cruise consolidator like Vacationstogo or Crucon. The exception is booking 4-or so cabins on a cruise, the discount approaches the cost you paid for those annual TS points.
Did you buy resale or direct. I believe only direct purchase has access to PlusPartners and PlusPartners is what you need to be able to use points for a cruise.
That said, as noted by Jim, using points for a cruise is always a bad deal. It might make sense in a few rare situations for high end river or luxury cruises that costs lots of points, but for mainline cruises like Carnival you are better to just pay cash.
Likely just as cheap to pay for the cruise, than it is to "use" points and then pay their fees they charge. DON'T recommend this as a course of action.
If you are can still rescind, do so. This sounds like the typical sales BS they dish out to convince you to buy so if you are within your rescission dates, act quickly. If using your points for cruises was your reason to purchase; rescind. Frankly, even if it's not, rescind and buy resale.
