I appreciate any help in transferring it.

I had purchased a GPP one bedroom and 2 bedroom Carlsbad Seapoint a few years back primarily for day use and the week i would just trade though SFX.

At that time I thought when it's time to rid myself of them the GPP would be a little difficult because of it being a 1 bedroom. Wow, was I wrong, I placed an ad months ago for that unit first and it was taken day 2.

Only reason I'm ridding myself of them, unfortunately the family is moving out state in June

Anyway, thanks for the help

Can I just say that I was the one that took the 1 Bedroom at GPP and Andy was a pleasure to work with during the whole transaction. Thank you!! My 4 year old daughter loves their pool and the proximity to LEGOLAND.

Fixed summer weeks are 8400 2br / 6200 1br, float weeks are 5800 2br / 4200 1br. In order to enroll they would need to make a developer purchase at Marbrisa to convert this one also.
