We're owners at the Landmark-PCB. Since the Capital Vacations switch last year, we had to create new accounts which we used to log in to their owner portal (https://myaccount.vriresorts.com/Account/Logon). However, recently we get an error when we try to log in. We've gone through the forgot password process but still can't get in.

Is anyone else having problems logging in to this site or is it just us?

Just wanted to check with the group before I call them. Thanks.

I own at the Fort Lauderdale Beach which was a VRI managed resort and now belongs to Capital.

You will have to call Landmark and get a new log in id.

Our resort sent out an email with my new log in id and everything works

I'm also a Landmark PCB owner and cannot login either. It just spins. There is a msg displayed that says that they're experiencing technical issues with reservations and displaying documents. Maybe they broke the whole thing trying to fix those issues?

Nice to know it's not just us. We created new accounts last year and even submitted this year's maintenance through the new portal.

I guess their I.T. guys are like the contractors on our new house... every time they come to fix something, they break something else.

Thanks for the info.

Our resort (silver lake) got bought out by these guys and the communication has been terrible. I've never heard about how to login or what my u/p is-- is it something like SLR-99999 or something? I have a 5 digit owner id but it doesn't work. When you say "forgot password" the only option is to put in your owner id and WTH is that?!

Our owner ID is a 6-digit number. We had to e-mail them to get our account numbers and this was the reply I got from Deborah Watkins <deborah.watkins@vriamericas.com>

Dear owner,
The new website is www.myaccount.captialvactions.com
Your new ID numbers are:
123456 [not our real account number]
123457 [not our real account number]
Any issues creating account, please call 949-855-8004

Thank you,
Deborah Watkins

Thanks for this! After emailing once again I called even tho folks were saying they were on hold forever. I called our resort directly (silver lake) on 407-397-2828. Gave me options (front desk, etc) and fwiw an option to get the "deal" with the tour, but for reservations & questions for owners it said to call a different number 833-849-0318 which is Capital number. I waited for it to repeat and then someone named Clarisa picked up. Turns out the whole capital vacations website was a goose chase as she told me to login on the silverlake website directly (www.silverlakeresort.com). I was then able to login while I was on the phone with her. Since I have a flex week I had to make a reservation and she told me that a june week was avail and she tried to book it but there was computer trouble (prob b/c I paid the dues while i was on the phone with her so i mighta had a block on reservations)

Anyway she was very helpful and seemed to know the rules and when we finished she said "thanks for calling capital vacations".

Seems these guys are on an acquisition tear , but each resort they buy seems to have a different way of handling things. They would do well to get clear communication out to everyone. ("here's where you pay; here's where you make reservations; here's your new login and account info etc. )

typo in the link but this seems to work: myaccount.capitalvacations.com

you get this login screen, and it's branded to VRI and Trading places? So maybe that approach applies to those deals only? There's a phone number and instructions there and also a note about how they are having "technical issues"! Didn't work for me since I don't think they converted over the silver lake stuff. (but I was able to login to www.silverlakeresort.com)

Thanks for all this help. Great community!

I don't know if you're still having this problem but I think I figured it out. When they originally sent me the new owner ID, the Landmark website was (and still is) redirecting to https://myaccount.vriresorts.com/Account/Logon. This worked for a while, but I think Capital Vacations disabled the account on that URL. Now I have to use: https://myaccount.capitalvacations.com/Account/Logon to access my account. Hope this helps.

Thanks so much! That worked for me.
