Canyon Villa's welcome letter

Good afternoon,
We are staying at Canyon Villas in Phoenix in less than 30 days and haven't received the "Plan Now" Pre arrival email.

Previous stays at other locations, normally we get these about 45 days out.

Is anyone aware of time frames for Canyon Villas to send these emails out?

Just got ours a couple of days ago for early Jan for Aruba and this morning for a portion of that trip that starts a couple of days later.

We have 3 units booked starting the 28th and received 1 letter on the 10th, the second on the 11th and the last one on the 12th.
