Has anyone canceled their Worldmark by Wyndham membership through an organization called ACA Group (Americas Consumer Advocacy Group)?
I’m considering using them.
Thanks

You can't magically 'cancel' a contract. you can get somebody else to take it over for you either for money or giving it away, or default by not paying maintenance fees or use it.
All these exit companies are scams. Stop talking to them.
Go to wmowners.com (wmowners classified ads) and look at the Memberships for sale section to see what things are going for. It's pretty low and some are being given away. You can also 'rent' credits (this means transferring from your account to another owner's account).
If you owe money on it, nobody will take it. If you have travelshare, you might take another look at the maintenance fees without paying the TS dues. Otherwise, it boils down to giving it away/selling it or learning to use it.
Thats what I've been hearing that exit companies are not worth the effort, time and money. We are trying to learn the right way to go about selling our BG timeshare. Since we are just beginning this process, we are being careful of the steps needed to take to exit form time share ownership. Our mortgage is paid off (however we have personal loan we still owe on that we used to pay the TS mortgage). Thanks for keeping these replies positive, it helps!
Wyndham; Disney OKW & SSR; Marriott's Willow Ridge, Shadow Ridge and Grand Chateau; Val Chatelle; Hono Koa OF (3); SBR(LOTS), SDO a few); WKORV-OFC-4 and Westin Desert Willow.

No, It's paid in full...all maintenance fees are up to date and we earn 13,000 each year. I just want to get out of it.
I guess I can transfer the ponts to RCI before I get rid of it. Thanks for your reply.
