Can you combine resort points with resale points?

We own 168,000 pts (every other year) at Wyndham Waikiki Beach Walk. We bought these about 7 years ago when you could trade smaller point increments with RCI for multiple weeks per year. Now that RCI has changed their booking system, we are unable to book multiple trips with our points. I have two questions: 1.) Can I buy resale points at another Wyndham resort to combine with our existing points at the Waikiki resort (for example, buy 132,000 resale pts in Utah and combine with our 168,000 Waikiki pts to total 300,000 pts) and still be able to book 13 months in advance at the Waikiki resort? And question 2.) Can we use the 300,000 combined pts to book at any other Wyndham resort?

You can combine resale points with what you own, but if they are from different resorts they do not combine for ARP. . Points are points at the 10 month mark...

You can however buy more Waikiki Beach Walk points on the resale market and they can all (retail and resale) be used at 13 months
