Can you access RCI from the portal?

I have not been able to access RCI from my HGVC portal for a couple of days now. It comes of with a "Technical difficulties" message. Is anyone else seeing this? I'm used to RCI being down for short periods of time for maintenance, but usually not multiple days.

What browser are you using?

I'm finding that lately only Chrome works for RCI.
IE/Edge/FF are all no-go for me.

I had the same problem a few weeks ago with chrome. Try clearing your cookies or a different browser.

When trying to access an online bank, a tech told me to clear my cache & cookies.
The problem disappeared.

Ok, I am using Chrome and tried to clear all history, cache and cookies but still get the "We’re experiencing technical difficulties and apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again later" message, along with "Error code: CLOG-S-USAU-100700", and a pop-up window that is asking for the RCI username/password. I also tried IE, but still same error.

Can anyone else get in today? If it is just my account it looks like I will have to make a call to support. Thanks!

Just got in on my iphone with no problem. Yesterday I couldn’t at times.

Using chrome, and I have not had any issues this week.
