Just wanted to double down on this thread in case anyone ends up searching this out like I had to. The 13 digit number derived from the URL (as described) is the MVC ”owner ID” needed to receive MVC Points. I first called the cross/trained customer support number that’s in the pinned thread on the front page to confirm the account number. I then rented 3500 and the seller used the normal process to call and transfer the points using the 13 digit number and my name for verification. Points were there instantly and I made my reservation.
According to the owner, typical MVC account numbers are 7 or 8 digits, so they may ask why it’s so long. According to customer support, all Vistana transplants that aren’t MVC owners will have a longer 13 digit number but the process to transfer points is otherwise the same. Hope this helps someone.
