Can Never Reach a MVC Owner Rep

Trying to cancel (actually change location) a reservation using Plus Points and can never reach anyone AND can't change/cancel Res online. Several times I have asked for a call back but they never call back. Does anyone else experiencing this and/or have a solution?

Chat is available but they just suggest you send a message which says "we'll get back to you in 7 business days!"

This inspired me to send a message (I cannot access my account either). They say they will answer within a week. Nice.

I will update when/if it happens.
 
If you are going to call on a Monday do it at exactly 9AM EST or you are going to wait. It’s a huge inventory release days for weeks owners.

If your request isn’t urgent call on Wednesday or Thursday when very little inventory is released so call volume is very light.

If you put in Agent or similar several times it'll eventually connect you to a real person in most instances.

Chat will do cancellations if you have an enrolled week. They will not do it if your week is unenrolled since there is a $40 fee and they are not allowed to accept payments via chat.

Just to reinforce Dean’s comment above, chat will do cancellations *if* you are chatting with a live person. “Sunny” won’t do anything interesting for you, ever, imho. During business hours, type agent and then enter three times as advised above…don’t even look at the response until Sunny asks you if you want to be connected to an agent. Once you get a real person on chat there is much they can do.
