Can I search availability of MVC Properties prior to converting Vistana Options to Club Points?

Have they changed this? I no longer see an option to "search and book reservations" on MVC home page.

This was a question concerning searching and electing Vistana ownership, so you need to start on the Vistana Dashboard.

From the Vistana website, click on "Search and Book Reservations" under the "Use Club Points" menu. Then you can search as DanCali demonstrated above. I sometimes get the error message too, but you may need to try at different times. For what it's worth, however, it doesn't seem to me that using Star Options to book MVC properties is a good deal, at least if you are only getting one Club Point for every 30 Star Options like I am.
Perhaps this used to work but no longer does. There does not appear to be any way to conduct a calendar type search of availability.

It worked for me. I just used it to search, here's screenshots of what I saw:

And then a sample search:

Which shows me this:

Hmmm... Sure seems like a working calendar search to me...

I have not been on TUGG for awhile so please forgive me for the 2 questions I have after reading posts 25 & 20 above and others in this entire thread:
1- post #25 from June 6 says there is no annual II fee. Does this mean no “additional” fee is paid annually to II? Or does it mean my annual Marriott Destination Club dues/fee have gone away?
2-from post #20 (June 6) in this thread — is a Legacy Owner ( weeks owner pre June 2010) now allowed into the DC program without a fee? I beieve I paid around $2,000 to have my three deeded weeks added to the program in 2010 or 2011.

1 - For owners enrolled in Abound (weeks or trust points), MVC pays for the II account, so you don't pay II directly for the membership. The Abound Club Dues do not go away. If you don't pay the Club Dues, you won't be part of Abound and therefore they won't provide the "free" II account, along with all the other perks that come with being enrolled.

2- Yes, for owners of pre-June 2010 weeks, they have since created a way to enroll for free by watching a video.

In answering my 2nd question do you mean owners pre-June 2010 or pre-June 2020

The pre June 2010 only applies to Marriott weeks, not Vistana VOIs.
