Can I Do More Than One Ongoing Search on RCI?

I'm currently doing an ongoing search with RCI. However, I have another deposit I want use for an ongoing search for a different area. I have tried to do my second ongoing search multiple times, and I keep getting an error message WKOS018 that tells me to call the RCI Call Center.

Does this mean I can only do one RCI ongoing search at a time?

No, you can do as many ongoing searches as you have separate deposits.

The RCI website has been buggy all week since the upgrade. This isn't a particularly new problem.

I'd suggest maybe trying tomorrow after the shutdown - maybe they'll get some of this stuff fixed.

But no, it's nothing you're doing wrong, just their piece of [garbage] website.
