Calling all Shell Vacations Club owners

I'm looking for all Shell Vacations Club owners that have done an owners update from April 2019 to present. I'm going to file an official complaint and want to hear from other owners (whether you purchased or not) about your experience. Please provide the following details at a minimum:

1. What sales center you were at.
2. What specifically you were told about how the Club Wyndham enrollment works.
3. If you believe you were mislead or something was misrepresented (please be specific).
4. Did you purchase, and if so, what did you buy and why.
