We are here on a RCI exchange. Everything in decent shape except there are absolutely no outside lights. The parking area is totally dark both outside and under the units. No lights by the elevators, halls, entrances, no lights by the pool, hot tub, grill. Doesn’t feel safe to be out after dark.

There is a big four story building now between Calini and the beach. No more partial view

The last time we stayed there, they were in the process of building there. At that time, we did have a partial view of the beach and ocean.
Maybe pick up a flashlight for times when you would like to go out in the evening. I would speak to management about this safety issue for sure.

So they need to adjust their timers based on daylight saving time changes.
It’s been strange. No office staff there all day Friday and also a note on Saturday that they would be there at 4 pm for check ins, but no one in office again.
Saw the one cleaning staff. She said she had to turn over all 24 units by herself those are big units and I felt pretty bad for her.

This sounds like a change in management?

But when you posted this it was only 11:45AM on Saturday. Why would you have expected them there when the note said they would be in at 4pm?

I was expecting them to be there at nine because the posted office hours were Monday thru Saturday nine to five.
they were not there on Monday at nine, we were missing some things and it was our first chance To get them
they were not there on Friday at all
they were not there on Saturday. They left a note to put keys through slot and would open at four.
why would I expect them to be there, because it was posted office hours and I didn’t know they weren’t keeping them until I arrived at the office and saw the note. We either have a disconnect because there is an expectation that an office is staffed for the posted hours.
