True but LA homeless crisis was epidemic prior to CV-19. Skid Row now has confirmed cases of LE who patrol the area. Dwntwn is over taken. Ppl have created encampments off the fwys. The # of ppl is staggering and I know other major Metro areas are dealing w/ the same issues. All I know if we need to stop mass transit at this time to help. Until we can do testing, our mass transit is helping to spread.
