Cake Noodles at Lee Ho Fook on Oahu

This is a unique Hawaii dish. I had them here at this restaurant and they are excellent. There is a Chinese New Year Celebration in Chinatown today if you are in the area.

Man you kill me with your food posts. I need some cake noodles. I had no idea it was only a Hawaii thing though! I lived there for 50++ years and always loved it but always assumed it's a Chinese dish available everywhere. I will have to look into this.

This was nice and close for us so we went here often. There are a few places in there that are worth the trip.
