Could someone please provide a recent report on Cabo Villa Beach Resort? In 2007 I purchased a 1 bedroom deluxe unit resale for a rock bottom price. It has been several years since I have returned to Cabo Villas, as I mostly use the unit for Interval International exchanges. I would be most appreciative of a detailed report on the property.
 
I'm not sure if you're aware of this, but if you become a TUG member for a small fee, you'll have access to TUG resort reviews, worldwide. Also, I'm not sure if this particular resort has reviews posted, but just wanted to let you know of at least one of the bennies to membership.

There are two reviews posted this year for that resort, and it's definitely worth the $15 investment.
 
Its being rebuilt a little at a time .I was there for a week last March.My sister-in-law owns a 1 bedroom+lock off at the top overlooking the beach.The in house restaurant isn't that good.Baja brewing on the roof is good but it was closing because the tower it was on was going to be replaced.Plenty of eats within walking distance.I like it there because you don't need a car.Everything is kind of jammed in tight with out much outdoor spaces.Pools a little small.
