Buying W57 Resale; is TSBS a valid reseller?

I put in an ebay bid for a W57 unit and was not successful. I was then contacted by Jason Luria, Timeshare Broker Services, to obtain a unit for me. After several proposals (I kept saying no), he found a one bdrm 9300 points that was acceptable. I did my research (and he and the company seem legitimate) but would like to know if anyone else has dealt with Jason or TSBS?
Also, when can I get an estoppel? Before or after the contracts are signed?

Hi everyone and thanks in advance for any help you are able to provide. I am currently in contact with a broker at Timeshare Broker Services out of Florida named Christopher Blackwell about purchasing a second HGVC property. The price is favorable but doesn't seem ridiculously low. He's very knowledgeable about the program and product. I don't see any red flags at this point but am skeptical about sending a $500 deposit to have the property taken off the market. I am wondering if any of you have had experience with this individual or this company?

The two cornerstones of buyer protection in any resale purchase are the estoppel and an independent escrow agent.

I do not do business with anyone who cold calls me. Sure I could miss out on a decent opportunity or two but that the way I operate...

I have used Jason to buy two premium timeshares over the past 4 years. He worked hard to find my timeshares each time for me because I had specific criteria.

I received the estoppel after the deposit and contracts were signed. No issues with the closing.

Thank you! We enjoyed W57 but its hard to get a reservation because we're not owners. I sent in the deposit by credit card and should get the contract soon. I was hoping to get the estoppel before signing the contract but will expect it after the contract is submitted. Really appreciate your input.
