Where did you find the information about the resort / week for sale? ebay, Redweek, other?
In a previous post you wrote that you owned Paradise Village. Are you certain you wish to own another timeshare in Mexico?

Hi @guerra7, most timeshares in Mexico are Right To Use (RTU) contracts, not deeded properties. So when a unit is transferred to another owner there are usually forms from Member Services to fill out and fees to pay. You and the previous owner might be able to do this yourselves.

Maybe someone on the Mexican forum could recommend a legit agent who could assist you.

LT Transfers would do it, I believe. As @RNCollins notes, though, it's typically a simple process you can do yourself and save a couple of hundred dollars. There can be some resorts that make things difficult (e.g., Vidanta) where someone familiar with how they work might help, though. It would be worth checking on the Mexican Timesharing forum to find someone that owns at whatever resort you're purchasing in order to get more information from people with experience.
