I have been trying to make a reservation in 2018 for over a week without success. The message is that I do not have enough points. I have called Wyndham several times and they acknowledge the problem but do nothing to fix it. I had specific plans and am concerned that I will not be able to get what I want since it is a limited availability destination.
I believe that this lack of reservation access is a violation of the Ovation agreement and am considering my options should my vacation plans be thwarted by this problem. It is beyond comprehension that the Wyndham Information Systems (IS) department would make such a big change to a new reservation system without a manual backup plan. Such action implies either gross stupidity of a lack of concern for Wyndham owners, especially Ovation members.
