Has anyone been to Brewster Green lately? Renovation complete? Internet any faster? Also, has anyone seen any availability for next August yet?

We were at BG last week. I didn't know there were renovations going on. I know some of the windows had been replaced, a minor change in the kitchen and maybe some painting.

Don't use the internet so I can't answer that and we own a fixed week.

Our unit is off the driveway you would pass on the way to the club house.

Overall, I thought the place looked good.

hi, I own there too and its a nice resort.. great locale at the cape , near the national seashore, Chatham, Brewster village and Ptown too. Spacious units. email me for any questions...

Are there certain buildings and/or unit we should request? I have an exchange in late April, 2012 there.

I stayed there the third week of this past August in a 3 bedroom on Cherrywood Lane I believe the road was. It was down the hill to the left a bit and was about a 3-4 minute walk to clubhouse. We thought the unit looked awesome inside and the grounds were alongside a fairway to a golf course so it was quite pleasing.

I would say these units were very nice with a master bedroom downstairs and two other bedrooms upstairs with two twins in each spare bedroom. Living room had nice fireplace and the couch pulled out so technically you could sleep eight pretty comfortably. I would request this section again if I had the opportunity to go back.

I don't think there are any units at BG that you should stay away from. How many BRs do you need? If 3 are needed, I think the only choice you will have would be a unit on Cherrywood Lane which is located the furthest from the clubhouse, tennis courts and pool. If only 2 BRs are needed, I would try for a unit on Lynnanne Circle. Units there are closer to the clubhouse etc and have easy access to Lund Farm Road. There are also units on Lilac Circle which are 2 BRs.

Go to Google for satellite photo of BG; do a map search of Lund Farm Way Brewster MA.

We stayed in a 3 BR on Lilac Way in August. Very convenient to the clubhouse, pool and playground. The unit backed up to the woods so it was a bit dark during the day. On the other hand, it was nicely shaded and we did not need to use the AC. The blinds were very dusty, but other than that the unit was very clean and in good condition.
