Can anyone give me any information on this law suit. I've paid money to a lawyer to get me out of this mess , but haven't heard anything yet..Every time I call the lawyer, he says the case is still pending..Im starting to think I got screwed over..Has anyone been successful ,and if so , HOW?

Is it true that Moss's proposal was a scam...I feel like a fool!! i've been contacting the lawyer over the last few years thinking something was going to happen soon:mad: :mad: ..Can anyone give me any information...I dont even want this time share anymore...I didn't get what I payed for ...My room doesn't even have a real bed...it pulls out of the wall...I just want out!!
