Brant"s E-Plus Card ans Restaurants

I just ordered Brant's E-Plus card and airport pick-up service online. Has any of you tried the restaurants listed on his E-Plus card? If so, which ones are recommended? This will be out first trip to Cancun. We only have a week and I want to try as many good ones as possible :)

Lorito Joe's is one we return to each year. We enjoy the Crab & Lobster Buffet. To me Fat Tuesday's is just so-so place. It's litterally been ages since I've eaten at Carillos so can't give you a current review of that one. Seahorse, someone posted on this board that it wasn't good. Unfortunate since it's run by the folks that used to run one of my favorite (now closed) places.
